TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Appointments and cancellations If you are unable to attend your appointments we require 48 hours notice in order to reassign your appointment to another client. Failure to give the required notice will result in either your deposit being forfeited in the case of single treatments or the forfeiting of one treatment where the client has contracted for a course of treatments or a £20 surcharge.
2. Discounted treatments and Courses of treatments
a) All treatments purchased as a course of treatments must be paid in full, in advance of the first treatment taking place and all treatments must be taken within twelve months of the dated of purchasing the course. Any treatments which have not been taken by the first anniversary of the purchase date will be forfeited.
b) All discounted treatments and courses of treatments are non refundable and non transferable contract if however you have paid for a course and are unable to complete the course for medical reasons (of which we will require a doctors note), we will make a refund to you calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments taken, including those forfeited for none attendance, from the value course of treatments paid for and refunding the difference.
c) In the event of short term side effects such as reddening, bruising, swelling, mild burning or blistering, hypopigmentation or hyperpigmentation as well as rare side affects such as scarring and permanent discoloration we do not offer a refund or transfer of payment.
d) Payment in full for all treatments is due prior to treatment and proof of your ability to pay may be required prior to any appointment booking. We accept payment by most major credit/debit cards, cash, building society and banker’s draft. If you wish to pay by cheque we will only accept cheques up to the value of your cheque guarantee card. Cheques in excess of the limit of your cheque guarantee card must be cleared before treatment can take place. Please allow 7 working days for cheques to clear.
e) Booking for single treatments with a fee in excess of £100.00 must be paid in full prior to treatment. All other booking for a single treatment where it’s not in excess of £100 will require a deposit of £25.
3. Course Of Treatments All treatments purchased as a course of treatments must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment taking place and all treatments must be taken within twelve months of the date of of purchasing the course. Any treatment which have not been taken by the first anniversary of the purchase of the course will be forfeited.
4. Suitability For Treatment We will always assess your suitability for treatment prior to any treatment being carried out. If we consider that you are unsuitable for the treatment you have enquired about, or if we consider that the treatment is unlikely to be unsuccessful, we will inform you of the fact and the reasons why wee have reached this conclusion. In these circumstances you will only be liable for the cost of the cost of the initial consultation, where applicable.
a) REM will not be liable in contract, or otherwise for any economic loss (including without limitation, loss of profit). Or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage rising out of or in connection with its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.
b) It is the clients responsibility to ensure and provide REM with all the up- to-date relevant medical details prior to each treatment. REM will not be liable for any damage which occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose any relevant medical details to REM.
c) The client agrees to comply with any and all instruction/recommendations given to them by or on behalf of REM regarding the care of any treated area prior to, during and/or after treatment. REM will not be liable for any damage caused by the client’s failure to follow any of REM’s instructions/recommendations regarding the care of the treated area.
d) Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit REM’s liability for any personal injury resulting from REM’S negligence.
